Challenge

Pepsico wanted to understand how different positioning of the product among aisles and different promotional activities affect sales.

Approach
Icosystem developed an agent-based model that simulates the dynamics of shopper navigation for any arbitrary store layout.

Outcome
Using store data and changes in product positioning, the model predicts hot spots of shopper activity.
