Icosystem described as as "simulation wizards" by Forrester Research
Icosystem Corporation Press Release
20 June 2002
A recent TechStrategy™ Report by Forrester Research, Inc., cites Icosystem Corporation as "simulation wizards." The Report, titled Adapting to Supply Network Change, discusses the current lack of "sense-and-response" capabilities in manufacturing supply networks. The Report authors suggest that partnerships between distributed computing platform providers and simulation development companies like Icosystem will yield novel solutions that manufacturers can use to obtain rapid results through complex simulations.
"We greatly appreciate being recognized by such a respected research firm," said Icosystem CEO Paul Edwards. "This reflects well on our strategy to leverage our scientific and technological know-how by developing in silico simulations of complex business ecosystems of the type exemplified by manufacturing supply networks."
